FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is resin jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is primarily made from high-quality ( premium), liquid epoxy resin that hardens into a durable, clear, solid plastic-like material when properly cured. This allows us to embed various elements like rhinestones, pigments, or glitter.
  • Is the jewelry safe to wear?
Yes, once the resin is fully cured, it is inert and safe for most people to wear. If you have known chemical sensitivities, you may want to monitor your skin's reaction, but all our products are properly processed to minimize health risks.
  • Is the jewelry waterproof?
Resin is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or washing dishes, as prolonged exposure to water can cause the resin to cloud, discolor, or the metal components to tarnish.
  • Will my resin jewelry yellow over time?
We use high-grade, UV-stabilized resin to prevent yellowing. However, all resin can potentially discolor with prolonged and direct exposure to intense UV sunlight or extreme heat. Storing your pieces properly (away from direct sun) will preserve their clarity.
  • How do I clean my resin jewelry?
Gently wipe your piece with a soft, microfiber cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap and lukewarm water solution, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals like acetone (nail polish remover).
  • How should I store my jewelry?
Store your resin jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or a jewelry box to prevent scratches and protect it from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Can I request a custom order?
Yes, we love creating custom pieces! Please visit our Custom Orders Page for information on the process, pricing, and how to submit your ideas.
  • What if my jewelry gets scratched or damaged?
Resin is durable but can get minor surface scratches with daily wear, especially rings. Small scratches can sometimes be polished out with a plastic polish. If the damage is significant, please contact us with a photo, and we can advise on potential repair options
